Q.  Are all IP-Netix engineers accredited?

A.  Our engineers are accredited to ACE standard and can therefore apply all skills in the deployment of your Avaya platform, covering Implementation, Technical Design, Installation and the ability to maintain and service your needs.

Q.  How many buttons can be programmed on an Avaya 9620 IP phone?

A.  12. While the Avaya site administration screen allows 24 buttons, only 12 are visible on the phone.

Q.  How many buttons can be programmed on an Avaya 9630 IP phone?

A.  24

Q.  Does the Avaya S8730 Media Server support CM4 software?

A.  No. Officially you have to have CM5, however there is a workaround if you haven’t got CM5 you can use CM 4.0.3
